When I woke up this morning, I was craving an Egg Sammie. Once again, I was out of egg whites and used one regular egg.
In a microwave safe bowl sprayed with cooking spray went once lightly beaten egg. I cooked the egg for 30 seconds, stirred and then cooked for another 15 seconds.
The egg then fit rather nicely on a Pepperidge Farm Whole Wheat Deli Flat with a piece of Sargento Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, some spinach and tomato slices. How quick was that?!?
