		<description>I think of eggs and sausage and cheese when I think of a breakfast sandwich!  But really, it doesn&#039;t need the sausage, eggs and cheese is fine :)

LAtely I have been on an oat bran kick!  I used to eat cereal and only cereal, not anymore.  It&#039;s a nice change.</description>
