3 Square Meals

Sorry for my lack of posting yesterday – after back to back to back meetings, I went for a 3 mile run and then came home to put my nose in my textbook.  I did a lot of reading and still have some to do before my group meeting tonight.

Lunch yesterday was consumed at my desk in between meetings. 

I started off with a Veggie sandwich – Whole Wheat bread, two pieces of swiss cheese, spinach, tomato and cucumber

IMG_5683With my veggie sandwich, I had two hard boiled egg whites and some carrots and red pepper from the salad bar.

IMG_5681 I had a great 3 mile run – really cleared my head after the marathon of meetings.  It wasn’t too cold out and thankfully the snow from the morning had melted.

I came home and Matt made dinner while I was in the shower.  Whole Food’s Salmon Burgers on a Deli Flat with mixed greens and tomato

I woke up at 5:30 am this morning to continue reading…after a little while, I was starving so I broke for breakfast

A Cinnamon Raisin Food for Life English muffin with a little butter

IMG_5691 A friendly PSA….the Boston Blogger get together is this Saturday at 7 pm at Grezzo.   Please e-mail Melissa and let her know if you are  planning on joining us.  She had to put down her credit card to hold the reservation and Grezzo needs an exact count. 

I am going into work a little late so I can hopefully finish some more reading….grr…I can’t wait till this group project is finished!

Love love love salmon burgers! Bet they were great paired with the asparagus!
