I am heading into Boston in a little while. Fortunately I slept well last night – hooray – no phone calls at 3 am.
I’ve been a busy little bee preparing for some meetings tomorrow, doing laundry and packing.
Knowing that I probably won’t be consuming the healthiest of dinners, I thought I would fill myself with some fruit and yogurt.
In my fruit salad was 1 ginormous banana, 1 kiwi and some grapes. I topped my fruit salad with Oikos Vanilla Greek Yogurt and a handful of Heartland granola.
To round out my meal, I have a Deep Chocolate Vitatop. It is Valentine’s Day – chocolate is required.
I warmed this Vitatop in the microwave and then ate my fruit salad first. Sadly by the time I was ready to eat the Vitatop, it was a little dry…I think you need to eat these right out of the microwave.
