After surveying the fruit in our apartment last night, I realized we had a lot on the verge of going bad. Trying to use as much fruit as possible, I decided on a parfait.
First I started making my fruit salad; included today is a pluot, 1/2 an apple and some grapes (no bananas again). Then I started my layering.
- Fruit Salad
- Yogurt (Stonyfield Farm Fat Free French Vanilla)
- Smooshed Cereal (Kashi Island Vanilla, Cascadian Farm Multi Grain Squares, Quaker Oatmeal Squares)
and repeat!
Looks as good as it tastes.
