This morning I had planned on having Steel Cut Oats but as I got ready to eat my breakfast, realized I wasn’t craving them. Instead I wanted an apple – so my favorite breakfast sandwich came to mind.
I toasted up a Food for Life English muffin and spread on some soy nut butter. In between the 2 halves, I layered sliced banana and honeycrisp apple.
I love this breakfast sandwich – so simple and the various textures always keep my mouth guessing!
