Sunday nights are typically filled with a lot of planning for the week – meals, workouts, etc. Last night, my brain was not functioning on a high enough level to make that happen – catching up on TV was more like it. This morning I racked my brain trying to come up with something creative for breakfast – what I came up with wasn’t the most creative, but did fill my tummy.
In the mix was the usual: Cascadian Farm Multi Grain Squares, Kashi Island Vanilla, Quaker Oatmeal Squares, banana and pomegranate arils.
On the side, some soy nut butter to dip
I’m dreading my email inbox at work today – hopefully it isn’t too bad!

Oh I hate it when I haven’t checked my mail in a while, and it’s got like 40 e-amils in it!! I feel your pain. I’m crossing my fingers for you.
