I got a lot accomplished today – not as much as I had hoped, but still a lot. I cleaned the bathrooms (2) and the kitchen; and when I say clean, I cleaned. I scrubbed the floors with a bucket, brush and rag. It took hours but REALLY needed to be done.
Let’s backtrack. Before my cleaning escapade, I enjoyed a big ole salad with mixed greens, sugar snap peas, tomatoes, leftover corn and black bean salad and pasta salad.
For dessert…
After scrubbing the 2 bathroom floors and our front entrance way, I needed a snack.
Soynut butter and jelly on a whole wheat pita.
For dinner, a repeat of lunch plus cucumber and scallions.
Plus pasta salad and leftover Edamammus on Back to Nature Crispy Wheats.
For dessert – a special treat.
My arms are so sore – hopefully they will feel better tomorrow.
