Cookie and Vanilla Frosting

Wanting to take a break from my reading – and realizing that I should probably have some lunch, I decided to make myself a sweet treat.

I followed Tina’s 3 Minute Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Recipe again and used my cookie to top a bowl of Stonyfield Farm Fat Free French Vanilla yogurt.

IMG_5875 This was a great combo – I broke the cookie into tiny pieces and enjoyed a bite of cookie with every scoop of yogurt.  A nice change from my usual yogurt/granola combination. 

An idea for a quick breakfast as well…hmmmm….

That’s a good idea. I’ll remember the yogurt next time I make one of those cookies.
