Is how I have spent most of my day. I got up around 7:00 am and realized there was no way I was making it through a day of work so I resettled myself on the couch and slept on and off for another few hours. I woke up around 10:30 am and made myself some breakfast.
A Food for Life English Muffin with soy nut butter, sliced apple and banana.
I also ate the remaining apple and banana….
I’ve been catching up on some laundry and need to get some work done before my conference meeting in Hartford tomorrow and Friday…but first, I see another nap in my future.
