I woke up at 7 am to go for a run and saw rain outside my window. I gladly sadly got back into bed for 2 more hours of sleep.
After a quick shower, I made myself my new favorite chocolate milkshake for breakfast:
- Chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast
- 1 tablespoon soy nut butter
- 1 cup of milk
After I had this poured in the glass, I realized I forgot to add the oats!
I’m off to have lunch at Whole Foods with my friend Becky. Happy Saturday!
