Honey Mustard Grilled Cheese

by Heather on October 9, 2009

This rainy Friday brought me an afternoon headache.  I left work and spent an hour napping on the couch – I’m feeling slightly better now.

Instead of making Lentil Snobby Joes, Matt and I decided on Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup – a great rainy day dinner.

Our grilled cheese sandwiches were made on our panini maker – I used whole wheat bread, reduced fat cheddar cheese and a little honey mustard.  One of my favorite restaurants in Georgia, was The Grit – their grilled cheese was out of this world.

Although mine was not as good, I loved the addition of the honey mustard – a new twist on an old favorite…
