Today we had snow.
We made some cookies (these are my Mom’s favorite)
Some Oatmeal-Caramel Bars (minus the nuts). These are still in the pan looking delicious – we haven’t tried them yet.
Peppermint Chocolate Pretzels a la Rhodey Girl Tests
Wrapped Presents and divided them into boxes depending on their final destination
And even made a Red-Green dinner
This dinner was surprisingly delicious and to me, tasted like Penne Vodka. We used Annie’s Organic 5 Grain Elbows and White Cheddar as the base. We added the handful of spinach that remained in the fridge, a can of Italian Diced Tomatoes, frozen peas and a Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese. This was an amazing case of throw everything we have in a bowl and it made a great meal. Hooray. I would like to add…that is the last can of tomatoes we have. We are really scraping the cabinets and fridge clean.
It wouldn’t be Christmas without a letter to Santa. Here is mine:
Dear Santa,
I have been a good girl this year. My car is currently sitting in the parking lot and it won’t start. I would like my car to start tomorrow morning. It’s my pre-Christmas wish. If you can do anything to help the situation, I would really appreciate it. I’ve attached a picture of it so you know which one it is.
Thank you!
Heather
P.S. Matt and I even cleaned the snow off it. This was the pre-cleaned picture.
Time to figure out something to bring for lunch tomorrow! Enjoy the rest of your night!

Great job in the kitchen!
I hope Santa will listen to you
Wow, you are SO organized. I haven’t started wrapping yet, and my presents are scattered between my apartment, my car, and my parents’ house.
