Today’s lunch was three parts
Part 1: Salad (Spinach, Tomato, Mushroom, Onion, Red Pepper, Chickpeas, Tuna, Feta)+ Part 2: Pita (ate about 3/4 this)
= Sandwich Portion of lunch
Then, to add some color fruit Vitamin C to my life – the swine flu is spreading on campus!
Back to work!

Just eat some cereal to prevent the flu!! haha, jk. Good call with the vitamin C. Also think about vitamin D!
