This morning I enjoyed the extra time in bed – today is a day off from running!
For breakfast, I decided to make a bowl of old fashioned stovetop oatmeal. In the mix was 1 mashed banana, frozen blueberries and raspberries (defrosted), and 2 heaping teaspoons of quinoa (thanks to Kristen). Plus a sprinkling of Back to Nature Chocolate Granola for the chocolate crunch.
