Power Breakfast Plate

Realizing this morning would probably be pretty chaotic as we finished packing, took the trash out, etc., I decided to make most of my breakfast last night so prep time would be short.  I made this breakfast a few weeks ago and it held me over well – perfect for traveling.

I boiled two eggs last night – hard boiled eggs.  Next, I sliced some Cracker Barrel Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese (a little over 1 ounce).  Last,  I bought a box of crackers (don’t worry, I didn’t eat the entire thing)

Today, all I had to do was peel a banana and enjoy!

That’s my kind of breakfast.

my fave little prep breakfast is english muffin with pb..love it.
