Run Lean Green Turns One

by Heather on July 11, 2010

Last week while Matt and I were in Washington DC, Run Lean Green turned 1 years old.  I cannot believe I have been blogging for a year – it has gone by so fast.

To celebrate, I made Fat Free Vegan Carrot Cake Cupcakes.  I eliminated the cinnamon and the walnuts.  For the icing, I used regular cream cheese making the icing non-vegan.

Sadly, I didn’t have a birthday candle to blow out

IMG_8135 I have had quite a year…

It has been a busy year.  I look forward to another great year with some new goals and experiences!
