Sung to the “Pants On the Ground” melody.
I had a very hard time waking up this morning – so much so that I pushed the snooze button for an hour and a half. That’s a habit that needs to break.
In the fridge, was my other prepared bowl of steel cut oats and quinoa; I made two breakfasts worth of the grains on Sunday and portioned them into two containers.
To my bowl, I added 1/4 cup of milk, 1 mashed banana, defrosted frozen blueberries and the remainder of my pomegranate arils.
I can’t remember if I have ever added pomegranate arils to hot oats but this was delicious.
My goal was to be on the road in the next 1/2 hour or so – I hope to make it…

Pomegranate in oats or yogurt….Mmm! So so so good.
