First off, I wanted to say thank you to everyone posted the suggestions on how to re-motive yourself last night – they were great!
This post is going to be quick – I’ve got an article to finish (I’m at 1,726 out of 2,000 words) and an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed.
I ate my banana and apple remains from breakfast around 11 am this morning. They kept me full until lunch. I really need to start doing that on a daily basis.
Check out this salad beast – 2 eggs (I only ate the whites), mushrooms, carrots, disgusting tomatoes, red peppers, spinach, onion, chickpeas, and feta cheese. I also treated myself to a few croutons.
This salad has kept me going most of the day – except for the grapes I just ate. Getting myself back on track has been going well today. We have an Office Pot-luck dinner party tonight so I don’t think it will last long…
It is the holidays!

Happy holidays. Eh, let yourself have a treat. There’s always next year to get strictly back on track.
Enjoy your party! I only stayed at my office party for 2 hours before I headed home for the afternoon.
And hope you’re back on track soon.
