Today’s lunch is nothing new – a salad with basically all the usual toppings.
Boring…
The star of my lunch was my Tomato Florentine soup. Holy Moly for cafeteria soup, this was amazing.
It wasn’t too salty, it was hot and it was full of vegetables. Big chunks of carrots, onions and tomatoes. Loved it.
Another PSA for our blogger meet-up on February 6th…we will be meeting at Grezzo in Boston’s North End. As soon as we have a definite head count, we will make reservations and let you know the time. Let either Melissa, Melissa or me know if you are interested.
I start my first class tonight so I don’t know if I will be posting again. The class is from 6 – 8:40 pm and its called “Introduction to Public Institutions and Administration.” I am considering working towards a second master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on Sustainable Community Development…should be interesting. Because it is the first class, I have a smidge of hope the professor will let us out early….

I found an interesting article on my local NPR station. Ignorantly, I thought air quality and global warming were considered together – air quality impacts global warming.
