I love a three day weekend – we were able to get a few things done Saturday and Sunday and today I can relax a little tackle the rest of my to-do list.
For breakfast, Matt made some Hodgson Mill Instabake pancakes – I topped mine with maple syrup.
Plus two clementines to add a little fruit to my meal
Green Tip of the Day: Today we celebrate Martin Luther King, the great civil rights leader. It is also Benjamin Franklin’s birthday which is also an occasion to promote the “waste not, want not” ethos. Until 1966, Americans celebrated this week as “National Thrift Week,” and there is a movement to bring it back. Learn more at Bring Back Thrift Week.

Happy MLK Jr. Day!
Those pancakes look great! I agree..3 day weekends are the best!
As someone who washes Ziploc bags and hangs them to dry to reuse them later, I love the idea of bring back the thrift. Maybe Justin Timberlake should sing a song about that
