This afternoon, after a long nap, I woke up around dinner time with no plans on what to prepare. Realizing that tomorrow is grocery shopping day, I wanted to clear out as much as possible. Tonight’s dinner included…Brussels Sprouts and Big Salad! I roasted some brussels sprouts (tossed with olive oil and kosher salt) at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes – they could have used another few minutes but I was getting impatient.
