Thanksgiving Oats

by Heather on November 9, 2009

First thing when I woke up this morning, I headed into the kitchen to make some baked Oatmeal.  In the mix today went:

  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin
  • heaping teaspoon of brown sugar

I baked the Oatmeal at 375 degrees for 20 minutes and enjoyed a nice, hot bowl of oats with some cranberry sauce on top.

I had this exact bowl of oats a few weeks ago–I recommend it with hazelnuts on top!
