We arrived in Maine yesterday around lunchtime. My parents are also here visiting from North Carolina. They stopped at Red’s Eats and picked Matt and I up a lobster roll.
That’s a pound and a half of lobster meat heaven. I gobbled that up and even left some butter on my shorts.
We walked around town for a little while and then headed over to our favorite place to eat – Matt had two lobsters – I had one. We also had an order of fried clams – but I forgot to take a picture of those.
The lobsters were amazing – sweet and tender. It didn’t take me long to inhale mine.
After dinner we had some ice cream and played a game of scrabble. Maine – the way life should be.
