This morning, like many Monday mornings, I snoozed a little longer than I had hoped. I took some time while suds-ing up my hair to think about some breakfast options and I came up with apple chips with yogurt and granola.
I promise there is yogurt under that granola!
Surprisingly, I am not too sore from my 10 mile run yesterday. I guess stretching and using the foam roller really does help.
No meetings today – I love when the students are taking their final exams – it makes the office nice and quiet.
